The architectural design of The Neighbourhood was done by ANARCHITECT, a company specialized in designing units where design and functionality go hand in hand. Comfort is one of the main pillars of the design while the units feel fresh and spacious due to the waterways that are always nearby.

The heart of The Neighbourhood is the state of the art gym which is near the two yoga studios. Above the gym are the 10 guest rooms from which guests can enjoy the spectacular views of the sunset and sunrise. There is also a multi-purpose area with a martial arts academy and a 25-meter lap pool and a wellness garden.
