Location

The complex is located on the embankment of the canal. Currently, Dubai Marina is the second largest man-made pier in the world, but it plans to take the leading position. Dubai Media City Amphitheatre, Dolby Cinema, Reel Cinemas, Favoritething, the Palladium are 10 min away.

Willow Children's Nursery, British Orchard Nursery and Toddler Town British Nursery are situated in less than a kilometer from complex. Blossom Marina Dubai, Kidville, Marina Village Nurseries and others are not further than 10 min away. You can learn dancing at STUDIO FIRST HIpHop & Break Dance School or Dance Studios JLT in 8 min from the tower. There is Richemont Masterbaker Center for Excellence in Baking & Pastry at the same distance. There are medical centers within 10 km, for example Dubai Marina Clinics, JLT medical Fitness, Armada, Quality Life and others.

Architecture

The main building is a 53-storeyed tower made of glass and concrete. There is another L-shaped building, which includes 4 floors. The tower is square, but the special balconies give it roundness.

Indoor infrastructure

If desired, residents may not go beyond the complex. There is a theater, facilities to maintain the body (swimming pools, gyms and spa), and children’s playgrounds (both inside and outside). On the site you can also find cafes, restaurants and shops. Security guards ;provide around the clock safety while the spacious parking is located underground.

Transport

The T1 tram is a 5-minute walk. It’s about 1 km to the Red metro line and the bus stops of FS1, JLT2, 8, 84 and N55 routes. You can get to Al Maktoum International Airport in 27 min. It’s 10 min to Noa’s house and Sheikh Sultan Bin Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan palace Heliport 2; 20 min to Burj Al Arab Heliport and HeliDubai; 30 min to Dubai International Airport Terminal 2.
