New Apartment Sales In Dubai Spiked

The property market in Dubai records a sharp rise in new apartment sales thanks to the launch of several attractive off-plan projects.

Overall, the total volume of property sales in Dubai increased by 65% in 2022 and 15% in Q4 2022 alone. Despite rising interest rates, mortgage activity stayed resilient and increased by 2% in Q4 2022.

New Flats And Apartments In Dubai

According to the latest data, Dubai saw almost 100,000 property transactions in 2022 worth more than $72bn. Interestingly, apartment sales accounted for 69% of all transactions in Q4 2022, with the average prices rising by 6%.

What's more, almost 60% of apartment sales were off-plan projects (buying before the construction is completed).
