The main advantage is that you can physically see the property you are buying. Thus, many consider ready properties a secure investment option because you can see that the completion date has arrived, and the construction has been finished.
Another advantage is that buyers can move into or rent out ready properties immediately after the legalities are settled.
Off-plan Property For Sale in Dubai
Generally, off-plan projects mean buying new real estate before its construction has been completed. In other words, these are not ready properties but under construction developments or even planned property projects.
