This type of property purchase is popular among investors because of its additional benefits. Off-plan projects often cost cheaper than ready properties and might go up in price when the construction is finished. Thus, it can be a long-term investment option with a high ROI.

Additionally, Dubai developers offer off-plan property with payment plans that make the whole buying process easier for international and local buyers or those with smaller deposits.

To buy off-plan in Dubai, a buyer needs to make a 10-20% down payment (a deposit) and sign a Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA). The rest of the payment plan often differs from one Dubai developer to another and usually depends on the construction stages.
