The Cayan Tower is located in Dubai Marina, a luxury man-made marina in the heart of Dubai. The area is located directly near the beach and behind Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR). The district is known for its free-spirited atmosphere combined with a cosmopolitan vibe. Dubai Marina is full of culinary treats in the form of cafes, restaurants and other eateries. Architecture

With an impressive height of 307 meters, the Cayan Tower is the tallest twisting tower on the planet. However, this is just one of the many facts that make the Cayan Tower a unique building. Skidmore Owings & Merrill, an award-winning architectural company, designed the tower and turned it in a contemporary masterpiece. By using open-space concepts the architects ensured that there is a sense of space and light throughout the entire building. The design was also determined by wind tunnel testing and the use of 3D computer modeling. Some of the main concerns for the designers were of course safety and stability, which was taken care of in both the design as well as the quality of the construction materials. Every stage of the development of the Cayan Tower was carried out by only the most qualified professionals in their field.

Indoor Amenities

The Cayan Tower is drenched in luxury and the same goes for the amenities that are available for its residents. One of the most interesting features is the fully landscaped podium. It provides residents with rooftop parks, an outdoor infinity pool, whirlpool, and a kids’ pool. When looking for a workout, there is a fully-equipped gym together with a health spa. Parking is a breeze with the fully enclosed parking garage which, just like the rest of the building, is under constant supervision of 24/7 security services that use the latest CCTV equipment.
