Architecture

Vera Residences will have 25 floors and stand on a wide podium containing service floors. The input composition will visually divide the construction into two wings with the help of a wide vertical 6-windows-wide flat strip. Balconies and terraces are arranged in prominent rows on both sides. This forms a ribbed pattern. Special cluster glazing gives a recognizable view of the building with the developer’s logo above the roof. Opaque elements on the glass parapets of the balconies and terraces create a specific dynamic weave.
