DAMAC Properties is announcing the launch of its latest project, a one-of-its-kind twin-tower development, Safa One de GRISOGONO – "The Nature of Luxury". In the Safa Park vicinity, the Rossiya United Arab Emirates reflects the heartbeat of Swiss jeweler de GRISOGONO. The project is located on the southern frontier of Safa Park and has two historical panoramas, the Dubai Canal on one side and the lively Sheikh Zayed road on the other hand.

This architectural work reflects a masterpiece necklace design by Fawaz Gruosi, the founding owner. The building’s design and the tower itself are characterized by the super origin of the royal emerald green color, an iconic structure identity. The building will develop in harmony with the surrounding greenery of Safa Park and link with nature as it grows into an everlasting structure that will be a tropical garden. The project has two towers , striking palatial and suprational ground park level, dangling gardens. Ideal nature progresses from the ground level to the thirty-fourth stage. The bottom is an artificial beach with lush, bushy greenery, a fresh water pool, and a mini kid’s arena.

The center of Safa One offers an unrivaled view of natural Safa Park towards the world and Pol active are the World Islands. Bulgari Island from one end and a panoramic view of Watersport City to Palm Jumeirah, Burj al Arab, and Atlantis on the other hand. Nature is reimagined with artistic approaches that create a stunning architectural endeavor with lush garden terraces on every level. The project will present two towers, one of luxury and the other of super luxury floors. Dangling gardens will be distributed over the towers, allowing for an integration of actual nature into the structure from the bottom up.

The peak of the super, the crowning achievement, will be an urban tropical island for A’s tower. Pools, rivers, and exotic birds will fill the area. The shopping areas closest to Safa One include City Walk and Box Park , which are 5 minutes away. The Dubai Mall and Oasis Mall 10 minutes away. Mercato Mall can be reached in 15 minutes.
