Uptown Tower Launched In Dubai
New homes at the new Uptown Tower development in Dubai are available for sale.
Developer DMCC has launched new homes at the Uptown Tower, its newest skyscraper. This 340-meter tower is one of two iconic high-rises sitting in the heart of Uptown Dubai near Jumeirah Lake Towers.

The development covers 5.8 million square feet and comprises seven mid-rise mixed-use towers centred around The Plaza.
The Uptown Tower has 81 floors and features a 5-star hotel, conference facilities, and other top-tier amenities. Its 22 floors are dedicated to Grade A offices, which were fully pre-leased before the launch.
In turn, the 227 new signature residences on the top 28 floors, known as the Uptown Dubai Residences, are now up for sale. New homes at Uptown Tower range from one-bedroom flats to 3- and 4-bed family apartments and spacious penthouses.

According to DMCC, the launch of the Uptown Dubai Residences is an extension of their world-class record. The tower and its new apartments will set a high benchmark for Uptown Dubai and nearby markets.
