Dubai's real estate market continues to attract investors, with developers launching new projects in various parts of the city.

A Dubai-based developer Samana has launched two out of 12 projects planned for 2023.

Inspired by island living, the developer named new projects after Greek islands called Santorini and Mykonos. The projects sit in Dubai Sports City and incorporate environmental features and energy efficiency to promote healthy and sustainable living.

The pandemic shifted our focus towards health and well-being, so developers address this trend by implementing a green approach and sustainability in their projects.

The island designs of the new developments by Samana aim to create a healthy and sustainable environment that promotes a sense of community and well-being.

Santorini New Build

The Santorini project, set for completion in April 2025, will sit next to the Dubai Autodrome, 10 minutes from Global Village and IMG World.

Santorini will offer 157 new studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments in Dubai with private pools. The total approximate costs of the new build reach AED150m ($40m).

Mykonos New Build

The Mykonos project, worth AED170m or $40m, will offer 198 new homes in Dubai. The project is set for completion in July 2025 and will offer a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.

Mykonos will provide residents with a healthy and sustainable living environment, incorporating green spaces, natural elements, and energy-efficient features.

Generally, Dubai Sports City is a thriving and up-and-coming community that boasts a wide range of features, including sports facilities, retail outlets, and top-tier restaurants. The community offers residents a healthy and active lifestyle, with many local parks and recreational areas to enjoy.
