What does the exterior look like?

The new residential complex is a collection of luxury family-oriented 3-storey villas built in a contemporary style. All objects come with flat roofs, dark-framed floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies with glass railings. The outer walls are finished with white stucco and decorated with wood.
