KORE by Imtiaz is a residential project focused on well-being and is located in Dubai. KORE is based on the idea of improving people's physical performance, helping them recover from their workouts, and extending their lives. While most other residential projects view fitness as an add-on feature, KORE integrates fitness training, healthy eating habits, quality sleep, and recovery into everyday living. KORE has developed its program based upon three main areas - training, eating well, and recovering from your workout. Specialized facilities, technology, and health-related programs support each of these three areas. KORE is a mixture of modern apartments and a large health-related facility that will allow residents to have their workout routines, recovery practices, and everyday activities all take place in the same location.

There are three options for buyers to select among studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Studios start from 406 sq ft, one-bedroom homes from 669 sq ft, and two-bedroom residences from 1,406 sq ft. Interiors use natural bamboo and oak, woven textures, stone surfaces and fluted panelling to create a calm residential atmosphere. Fitness, Recovery and Wellness Facilities

Fitness is an essential component of the project. KORE integrates Technogym’s connected training ecosystem with cardio, strength and functional equipment, personalized training programs and digital tracking of performance. The gym has 50 machines, including those for cardio, free weights, leg training, chest training, back training, core training, mobility training and functional training. Additionally, the project includes "The Hike", which incorporates vertical movement as a lifestyle model, along with a social padel court, an outdoor gym and swimming facilities.

Beyond traditional spa services, One Hype Wellness offers brain scans, hyperbaric oxygen treatments (HBOT), and red-light therapies that are coordinated by One AI, as well as a sauna and a wellness pool for other recovery routine needs. KORE has partnered with Heveya to develop a "Sleep System" which includes three layers of organic natural latex, and a premium goose down filled pillow. Photographs can show the interior and amenity design, whereas maps can indicate the location of the property in relation to central Dubai, Meydan, and surrounding areas.

Amenities, Payment Plans and Connectivity

The outside of the property has several different features that are available for residents to enjoy. These features include a leisure pool for adults, a deck to watch sunsets from, a pool for health and well-being, a rooftop children’s pool, a sensory garden, an edible garden, garden co-working pod areas, a family lawn area, a children’s play area and a sports lounge. Residents also have access to the clubhouse and Raw Theory facilities. All of these areas provide residents with options to perform various activities such as working, working out, spending time with family, and engaging in social activities without being restricted to their own private apartment interior spaces.

The two payment plans available include: 50/50 plan – with 20% due when booked, installments made throughout the duration of the build, and 50% paid upon completion in Q4 2028. 60/40 plan – post-handover, with 5% of the total amount due after the property is handed over, then the remaining 40% will be paid out as quarterly payments over three years. Locationwise, according to the developer, it will take approximately 20 minutes to reach Downtown Dubai, Dubai Design District, Business Bay and Dubai International Airport. Additionally, the Meydan attractions and Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary can be reached in approximately 15 minutes from the property.
