Bliss 2

Bliss 2 is a new phase in the Arabian Ranches 3 neighborhood, and is the highly-anticipated last phase of the mid-range townhouses in the district by Emaar Properties. The construction of the freehold residential complex is scheduled to begin in May 2022 and the estimated date of completion is Q4 2025.

Bliss is the first ever urban village with whitewashed and neoclassical townhouses in Dubai that has a sustainable design, and was inspired by real estate in Santorini. The area has cobbled streets and winding paths that bring the complex together.

Global Village, Hamdan Sports Complex & Plantation Equestrian and Polo Club can be reached in a 20-minute drive.

The sub-community provides residents with various facilities such as a Club House, children’s playground, community plaza, a swimming pool, Wadi River and sub-stations. There is also a Flowing Stream & Fountain Plazas throughout the territory of the development and parks and open spaces within the community occupy an area of 225,148 sqft.

The second phase of Bliss was launched by Emaar after the successful sell-out of the first phase.
