Azizi Berton is an eight storey building which looks thoroughly and monumental. Its general structure consists of four parts: a wide rectangle of the facade, another section perpendicular to the first one is attached almost in the middle and the smallest narrow section parallel to the main one. The facade is characterized by symmetry and openwork panels adorning the ground floor, balconies and 2 protruding structures resembling wings, extending from the center to the edges on the roof. On the roof you can find the name of the complex on a dark gray background between these elements. The rest of the color design is white with bronze.

The height of the first floor is increased and it accommodates many amenities and services for residents. At the entrance is a beautifully decorated lobby. The complex offers concierge and maid services.
