The Bay Interiors by Missoni on Dubai Islands

The Bay Interiors by Missoni is a waterfront residential community developed by Tomorrow World on Island A of Dubai Islands, with interior design provided by the Italian fashion brand Missoni. The project will include 132 two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments that are located in a G+2P+14 building. This building is topped off by a rooftop Sky Deck. All apartment homes are situated on the upper residential floors (above the arrival level and podiums). The front of the building overlooks the yacht marina and open sea. It is scheduled to be completed by September 2029, allowing buyers to have an idea of when their unit will be ready to move into.

Buyers will have the opportunity to view different options for accommodation depending on their family's size and what type of view they would like. For example, there are two-bedroom units that typically fall between 1,007 and 1,229 square feet, while three-bedroom units usually measure anywhere from 1,569 to 1,617 square feet; four-bedroom units can be provided if requested. All of the units are designed so that residents can enjoy either a marina or city view from both the living room and balcony. Additionally, the ceilings in the living, dining, and bedrooms are at least three meters high. Each unit is delivered without any furniture; however, all of the kitchens come equipped with Bosch appliances (or similar).

Residences, Parking and Interior Specification

The typical floor on levels 5 through 13 contains 11 homes. Of those, there are nine 2-bedroom units and two 3-bedroom units. The 2-bedroom units have four different layout options, all of which feature open-concept living/dining areas and fully equipped kitchens. The 3-bedroom units are larger than the 2-bedroom units, and the 4-bedroom units are the largest in the building. Each 2-bedroom unit has one assigned parking space. Each 3-bedroom unit and each 4-bedroom unit has two assigned parking spaces. Before purchasing a unit, each buyer should evaluate how the layout of their chosen unit compares to other units available for purchase, as well as the unit's orientation and parking allocation.

Missoni’s design identity creates the interior design concept for all areas of the home, as well as the entry point to the property. The entry area includes a resident’s lobby with a separate drop-off point, as well as a lift lobby. All kitchens include a hob, hood, refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. Additionally, three- and four-bedroom homes include a built-in microwave. Pictures of the colour, materials and furniture styles that were used in the official renders can be provided to show what is available, while a map will assist in establishing where the building is located on Island A. Pricing information has been excluded from this document since pricing can vary throughout the selling process.

Seaside Deck, Sky Deck and Connectivity

The amenities are offered at two levels of the development. The first level is called the Seaside Deck and has a large (4520 sq ft) beach pool, wellness center, gym, children's pool, indoor and outdoor kids' areas, zen garden, basketball court, pickleball court, jogging track, outdoor gym, yoga deck, BBQ area, cabanas, lounges, and a juice bar. The second level is the Sky Deck, which is located on top of the building and has a smaller (1722 sq ft) pool with sunken seating, sun lounges, separate seating areas, and a second juice bar. Therefore, the development offers health and fitness facilities, sports facilities, family facilities, and social facilities under the same waterfront address.

The location is positioned immediately adjacent to Island A Yacht Marina, which is located in proximity (approximately 1 minute) to the building, while Dubai Islands Mall is located near the building (approximately 5 minutes). The distance to Dubai International Airport is approximately 18 minutes; to the Museum of the Future, approximately 25 minutes; to Business Bay, approximately 31 minutes; and to Burj Khalifa with Dubai Mall, approximately 35 minutes. Island A's marina frontage is restricted. Of the 253 plots on Island A, only 14 are located on the yacht marina. Therefore, The Bay Interiors by Missoni has an unusual waterfront placement compared to most other developments.
