Flora Bay Residences on Dubai Islands

Located on the Dubai Islands, Flora Bay Residences is a coastal residential development that uses the site’s curved shoreline to create a sheltered waterfront space, while maintaining direct connectivity to Downtown Dubai. The project is jointly developed by Centurion Properties and Flora Realty.

The development’s architecture echoes the shape of the coastline through circular floor plates, deep overhangs, and glass-fronted balconies. A setback design for upper floors expands the size of terraces, and extensive glazing draws residential living spaces toward the sea views and surrounding landscape. The main entrance is set within a broad podium, equipped with a drop-off zone, decorative partitions, and landscape greenery.
