H&H developments

H&H Development was established in 2007 by Shahab Lutfi and Mohamed Al Hussaini. Through its business divisions, H&H offers a wide range of real estate-related services, including development, property management and leasing, facility management, procurement of furnishings and fittings, and interior design, providing clients with a unique "all in one" approach to asset management.

As both a service provider and an investor (through its sister company Bright Start), H&H approaches all projects with a critical eye, aiming to maximize efficiency and create value for investors throughout each project's life cycle.
