Five Real Estate Development LLC developments

FIVE Real Estate Development LLC is the mastermind behind FIVE LUXE, a beachfront hotel and residential tower in Dubai.

They repurposed existing designs to create 222 hotel rooms, 222 luxury residences, seven dining and nightlife establishments, a Beach Club, Social Pool, ReFIVE Spa, gym, and children’s facility. Their SENSORIA residences combine luxury with sustainability using a steel structure and a 3,600-square-meter ONYX Solar Facade.

The project combined luxury and green building features that have resulted in the highest LEED Platinum rating on a global level from a 5-star hotel.
