FIVE Holdings, a Dubai-based real estate group, offers a wide range of services across four key verticals – development, hospitality, restructuring and investment – designed to leverage the different cycles of the real estate industry. 

FIVE is currently focused on completing its second hospitality and residential project, FIVE Jumeirah Village Dubai, which is scheduled to open in 2018.

The luxury 60-storey tower will feature 247 hotel rooms and suites, 221 one and two-bedroom hotel apartments and 33 four-bedroom hotel apartments in a revolutionary design that incorporates garden landscapes into sky-high living.
