Part of a group of associated companies, Emerald Palace Group (EPG) has been in operation since 1996 through to the completion and handover certification stage or residential projects in Ukraine, The United Arab Emirates and Russia.

The company has already delivered over 40 major projects with a footprint of more than one million square metres and comprising in excess of 10,000 housing units. It is currently developing eight large-scale projects across various sectors including residential, commercial office space as well as potential healthcare specialist care to support the region's growing needs.

The group has also developed and owns Kempinski Hotel Residences DIFC, Raffles The Palm Dubai, the luxurious resort which spans over 100,000 square meter in collaboration with stately palatial hotel the first of its kind in all Middle East. EPG has been involved with both Accor hotels and Kempinski hotel groups in the creation over many years of these destinations that are market leading.
