Awtad Real Estate Company is a Kuwaiti Shareholding Company Closed Established on 16 Ramadan 1424 AH corresponding to 11/11/2003 AD. Its activity is centered to carry out operational management and maintenance operations for all kinds of real estate in general, owned in whole or in part by the company or others. The company also owns and sells real estate l, purchases and develops and invests land and real estate for the account of the company. Another thing is that the company owns, sold and purchased shares and securities of affiliate real estate companies. The final aspect is that the company owns, manages, rents and leases hotels, health clubs and tourist utilities.
